Job Description:
- Developing and implementing yearly maintenance plans.
- Implement a maintenance strategy towards equipment best in class performance according to the zero defects mindset.
- Preventive Maintenance Data analysis & Improvement Plans.
- Equipment performance analysis based on data reports from the maintenance data base.
- Identify long/medium term projects.
- Supplying supervision on area organization on spares and existing material.
- Developing strategy meetings to monitor the maintenance activities.
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the area budget objective.
- Providing all required utilities to production and non-production equipment.
- Assisting in the relocation of all equipment and layout changes.
- Providing a safety and health environment to all Plant employees.
- Providing assistance to all areas to repair, modify, or fabricate all manners of devices
- Ensuring all waste products leaving this facility, are in compliance with all rules and regulations from the authorities.
- Ensuring the site has the proper permits for operate legally.
- Providing all mechanical, electrical and civil assistance.
- Ensuring the safety and environmental standards by the Plant Engineering team members and the external provider’s team members.
