Job Description:
- L1 technical support to sites as and when needed
- performance analysis of WTG’s as per contract / Query against clients and sites.
- Focus on supporting Service lowering the LPF
- Handling requests in ticketing systems and assuring support
- Involve schedule service / Unscheduled service activities for checking the conformities as per standard.
- Support site team by involving trouble shooting activity if the WTG down more than 24 hours.
- Support/Create documents for non-standard site activities to follow the tasks effectively.
- Work/Lead the campaign on repeated/ongoing issues which
